What every session includes
•Time with a staff member trained in fitting technique, not a quick measurement and a shrug
•Honest advice, including when a shoe we do not carry would suit you better
•Written notes you keep, useful beyond a single visit
•No pressure to purchase during or after the appointment
Thinking about it as an investment
Each session has a modest, transparent price, listed plainly with no hidden add-ons. We see the cost as paying for time and attention rather than a product, which is part of why the same measurement card or written plan can be used well beyond the day you receive it. Payment is taken in person at the studio; if a payment plan or a group booking would help, mention it when you reach out and we will see what can be arranged.
Questions people ask before booking
Do I need to book two sessions if I want a fitting and a route plan?
They can be booked separately or together. Many visitors start with a fitting session and follow up with route planning once they know their measurements.
Can the break-in review be used for shoes bought elsewhere?
It is designed for footwear bought within the last three months from our studio, since we work from your original fitting notes.
Is a fitting session required before I can buy shoes?
No, though it is the option most visitors find most useful if they have had comfort issues in the past or are trying a new terrain.
How far in advance should I book route planning?
A week or two ahead of your trip gives comfortable time to receive and review the written plan before you pack.
