We are not liable for problems arising from inaccurate details you provide. 3. Service delivery

We undertake to perform all services with reasonable care and skill appropriate to footwear and clothing fitting. However, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, as results may depend on factors outside our control.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices for Cosmic Sierra's footwear and clothing fitting services are based on the quotation provided at the time of your enquiry. Consumption tax may apply as required by Japanese tax law. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated when you place an order. Bank transfer fees, if applicable, are your responsibility. If your requirements change after an order is confirmed, any resulting additional work will be quoted separately before we proceed. Overdue amounts may incur interest at a rate of 14.6% per annum, calculated from the due date until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or reschedule a footwear and clothing fitting engagement by contacting Cosmic Sierra before the agreed service date. Depending on the stage of preparation, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee amount varies by service type and timing and details will be provided at the time of booking. If we are unable to deliver a service due to our own circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any amount already paid.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

We aim to deliver footwear and clothing fitting services to an industry-standard level of care, but we do not warrant that every expectation will be met in every case. To the fullest extent permitted by Japanese law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, data loss or other consequential or indirect damages. We shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, power failures, telecommunications outages, or changes in law.

7. Personal data

8. Intellectual property

11. Severability

If any provision of these Conditions governing Cosmic Sierra's footwear and clothing fitting services is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments

Cosmic Sierra may update these Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our footwear and clothing fitting offerings.
